The Power of Action - how to ripple agency and altruism around you
This workshop explores how deliberate, values-based action can be used by leaders to strengthen well-being and shape organisational culture. Drawing on well-being science and the work of Action for Happiness, it introduces a practical definition of action that builds agency, supports altruism, and creates positive ripple effects through teams and systems. Participants will gain insight into how everyday leadership behaviours influence well-being and how to use that influence more intentionally.
