About the speaker

Thomas started his professional career at Easi in 2006 as Internal Sales. After climbing up through several commercial positions, he was appointed co-CEO in 2019, together with Jean-François Herremans. Since then, Easi has grown from 200 to 680 employees due to both internal growth and 10+ acquisitions.

Thomas is also the author of ‘De Gouden Tip van Ownership’, in which he shares the story of Easi’s participative business model.
