General terms and conditions

Admission – The ticket is personal and grants admission to the event on the specified date.

Cancellation – Cancellation is free of charge up to 14 days before the event. After that, no refund will be given.

Transferability – A ticket can be transferred to a colleague or friend free of charge, provided this is notified two days in advance to the organizer by e-mail.

Program changes – The organization reserves the right to change speakers or parts of the program. If a speaker is sick or not available, no refund is provided. 

Liability – The organization is not liable for loss or damage to participants’ personal property.

Privacy – Upon registration, personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable GDPR laws and regulations.

Photos & videos – Photos and videos may be taken during the event for communication purposes.

Event cancellation – In the event of complete cancellation of the event by the organization, the ticket price will be refunded in full.
