Embodied Flow – Happiness in Movement
In this guided 'movement experience' we explore happiness through movement and music. With clear, experiential guidance – rooted in psychology – we shift the focus from thinking to feeling. This way, body, mind, and heart align and space is created for presence, flow, and inner wisdom. You start the day with a session that engages both body and brain.
About the session
Scientific research from Harvard Health shows that rhythmic, conscious movement regulates stress; UCLA connects movement to flow and resilience; Oxford emphasizes how movement contributes to connection and trust. But this session is not about the science — it’s about your experience. Do you have a body? Then you are welcome.
In this session, we step out of the head and the theory of happiness, and return to the body as a source of experience and knowing. We can understand happiness, but what does happiness actually feel like in you, here and now? What is living in the body that words may not yet be able to capture? And how does your vision of true happiness unfold when you do not conceptualize it, but embody it?
